Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a licensed Maryland real estate agent now based in Southern Delaware, and I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make—buying or selling a home.
Having made the move from Maryland to Southern Delaware myself, I understand firsthand how much goes into selling a home, purchasing a new one, and starting a new chapter somewhere new. Although I now call Southern Delaware home, I continue to work with buyers and sellers throughout Maryland and stay connected to the communities and market I know so well.
My approach to real estate is personal, honest, and hands-on. I believe you should never feel like just another transaction. I take the time to understand what matters to you, communicate throughout the process, and make sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Whether I’m helping a seller prepare and position their home for the market or helping a buyer evaluate properties, navigate inspections, and negotiate the details of an offer, I’m someone who pays attention to the little things. I’m not afraid to ask questions, dig deeper, or advocate for my clients when it matters.
Real estate is about more than finding the right house or getting to the closing table. It’s about helping people make decisions that affect their lives, finances, and future—and that’s something I take seriously.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, family and friends, staying active at the gym, and spending time with my German Shepherd, Zoey. These days, I’m also enjoying everything that comes with making Southern Delaware home.
